Xbox 360

I have been doing some reading about the upcoming 360 camera, and at first I was pretty skeptical, but now it seems pretty cool. It is capable of 30 frames per second so it would be capable of video chat which would be pretty cool. One thing I would like to see is a way to use the video chat in game.
For example, in halo 3, I would like to be able to visually communicate with my teammates, maybe a tiny little box comes up on screen when they talk to me or something like that. Clearly, it could not be very intrusive, but if it took up maybe a 2"x2" space in the bottom right.
What would you like to see the camera do, besides the obvious?
