360 Late to Australia?

Kotaku received word from an anonymous source that "The Australian launch for the Xbox 360 is going to be delayed." Whether this tip is for real, or just someone trying to piss off the Aussies, nobody knows. The original launch of the system was supposed to be March 2.

Microsoft planned on a "simultaneous global launch," but even most American preorders are yet to be met. Unfortunately for the Australians, I wouldn't be surprised if this rumour was true.
