Battlestar Galactica on XBLA Next Week

Cylons beware - Sierra Online's upcoming Battlestar Galactica game lands on the Live Arcade this week:

The overhead space shooter packs ships and settings from the critically acclaimed series, which pits the last remnants of the human race against the Cylon forces, and includes a 10-mission single-player campaign, with eight-player online support via Xbox Live (16 players on the PC side).

Battlestar Galactica will be priced at $19.99 on the PC, while the Xbox Live Arcade iteration comes in at 800 Microsoft points ($10), just half the price.

I'm afraid this looks a little too much like that recent Wing Commander for me to be too optimistic but I'm still a sucker for space shooters. I like that ten-buck price drop from the PC edition, too - it's about time we saved some money on buying a download vs. buying a box.
