I was watching the 1UP show last night, and there was a quick 30 second segment of what its to work for 1UP at E3.
During that segment, they show this guy working at his computer, and to the left of the monitor is a black Xbox 360. I created a little clip of the video and uploaded it to youtube, I also made a couple images of the 360 in question.

EDIT: I made a mistake, this is actually a debug unit. Sorry about that. I've never seen one before and I got all excited.
