The exciting news that there's a Blue Dragon demo up now on the Live Marketplace was hampered for me by the fact that my suffering Xbox can't stay on long enough to play through the entire thing. So while I wait for Microsoft to send me a repair coffin I hope that you're taking advantage of your good fortune and working console to play through the two 60-minute long segments of Blue Dragon available in the demo.

What I managed to play before my console croaked looked very promising - I love the graphics and I like the Dragon Quest-esque combat but I could stand to mute the voice acting. (Or at least switch to the Japanese-language track, which will be an option in the full game.) I just hope that I have a working 360 by the time the game is released in the US: August 28th.
