Xbox-Archiv is reporting that Microsoft and Introversion have entered talks that would bring Darwinia to the Xbox Live Arcade.

This is by no means a done deal, but the sheer prospect of XBLA getting a game like Darwinia is very exciting.

In case you have no idea what Darwinia is, it's a RPG-esque PC game released last year. It is a simple, but deep game that takes a minute to learn and a while to master. It's a total throwback game, no extraordinarily flashy graphics or bells and whistles, just straight fun gameplay.

This is one XBLA game that I would pony up some points for.
