Do you long for that age past where men were men and disputes were settled by walking clockwise around a grid, placing monsters like hotels in Monopoly for your opponents to land on and be forced into giving you their precious "points?" If so, you'll probably get a kick out of The new Culdcept Saga demo that went up on the Live Marketplace last week. It's part Monopoly, part Magic: The Gathering and weird the whole way through. I can't help but find it strangely compelling, though. While it's not part of the demo I could see where a game like this could gather a following with online play.
The real deal hits shelves in February.
