Demo Impressions: Dirt

Like the recent Forza demo this is a "realistic" driving game -- that means no power-ups or heat-seeking turtle shells -- and like the Forza demo I just can't get into it. I think I gave it a good try -- there are three different Tracks in the demo and I gave each of them a full run-through. The first two tracks consist of running laps around a track by yourself and I spent most of the time falling off of cliffs and ramming into walls. The third track is a little more interesting -- you drive a truck with giant wheels and there are other trucks to run into, or to be rammed into the walls by. Needless to say, I finished last in all races.
