There just aren't as many full-range space shooters as there used to be in the DOS/Windows 3.1 era so I was excited to see that Project Sylpheed was going to be taking the genre into the next-next-next-generation. But wing Commander 2 Sylpheed is not: the action here is fast and furious, with every screen jam-packed with enemy ships, missiles and gunfire.
