Half Life 2 for Xbox 360?
Although there has been no official announcement, EB Games is listing half life 2 for the Xbox 360 for pre order. The title is supposedly going to ship on February 5th, 2007.

Valve was very upset with the quality of Half Life 2 on the original Xbox, and will hopefully make up for it by releasing a kick ass port of the PC megahit.

The only bad news is the game has a price tag of $59.99 - the PC version of the game can be had for as low as $29.99 - I'm sure you can find lower if you look hard enough.
