Gears of War 2 is an epic Xbox 360 exclusive that features amazing set pieces, an engrossing story and a varied online. Not to mention this is game that bore "horde mode", however the online is plagued with lag and cheaters.. Instead of Epic games fixing any of those problems they just have ridiculous XP weekends, I have seen up to 20x XP per match… Anyhow, the game is decent but that is not the point of this post. Is Gears of War 2 portrayal of Cole Train racist? I say no. He is an ex-athlete that was injured playing sports and now this is how he gets down and dirty. But more importantly Epic leader Cliffy B is in charge of who the characters are, how they act, and other things like that. Cliff has lived in the suburbs his entire life and just writes what he knows. If people want see more accurate portrayal of all races in video games then more people of different races need to get involved in developing games.
