1UP is reporting, from the Tokyo Game Show, that SNK Playmore will be bringing a version of metal Slug to the Xbox Live Arcade. Which version is still sort of up in the air, but a Japanese pamphlet that tipped 1UP off states that it will be the "original" Metal Slug.

Details are still sparse at the time, there is no word on release date, price or functionality...but it's very exciting news.
