No Price Drop for 360 Because of HD DVD?

Gizmodo is reporting that there will not be a price drop on the Xbox 360 because Microsoft is going to start including the HD DVD player as part of the premium 360 package.

It makes sense, giving consumers one less reason to pick up a PS3.
