I've been playing a ton of Oblivion over the past day, and I'd just like to say that its an absolutely amazing game. I mean, really, really incredible.

I'm very hard on video games; its rare that I find a game that I truly enjoy - but this is one of the best games of recent memory.

I haven't spent enough time with it to give it a full review, and it will probably be some time before I can give it a final score but for now I highly suggest everybody leaving the computer and driving the eb games and picking up a copy.

Just to make one thing clear, I'm playing the PC version instead of the Xbox 360 one. For all intensive purposes its the same thing, but its worth nothing. As far as I can tell (from what I've read and my own experiences) the only major difference between the two in the single player game is that the PC loads faster....which is nice. Oh yeah, and the PC has the extra level creation tools...but I'm not even thinking about those.
