Perks of Having an Xbox Pet vs. a Real Pet

Xbox has come up with a way for your avatar to have its own pet. Now when you go to Xbox Live you can browse the avatar pet store and pick out your own Xbox pet.

Here are some advantages of having an Xbox pet over a real pet:

• They are non-allergic.
  


• They don't pee in the house.
  


• They don't eat your homework or chew on your socks.
  


• They don't leave "gifts" in your shoes.
  


• They don't bite the neighbors.
  


• They don't chase the mailman.
  


• You don't have to give them medications like Sentinel.
  


• They only cost 240 Microsoft points each (that's $3 in the US).
  


• No buying expensive dog food.
  


• You don't have to walk them each day.
  


• You can choose from large dogs, Pug dogs, dogs in bags, cats, Siamese cats, long haired cats, goldfish, guinea pigs, monkeys, birds, snakes and ponies.
  


• They don't get fleas or worms so they don't need Sentinel.
