Saints Row Multiplayer Patch

Saint's Row multiplayer had some serious issues, most notably....an absurd amount of lag.
Actually, over this weekend I met some random guy who was telling me about "Protect The pimp" mode in Saint's Row online...He said it was great fun, but seriously laggy.
Anyway, the patch, which is available now supposedly deals with the lag issues as well as a few other things too.
