Timeshift Demo on Xbox Live
In Timeshift, a new shooter from Vivendi due this Fall, you play as Sam Beckett, a man who travels through time putting right things gone wrong. Wait, no, that's Quantum Leap. In Timeshift you play as Generic Cyborg Soldier 119 and you manipulate time to help you shoot big mobs of bad guys before they can turn around and see you. The demo's out now on Xbox Live:

Dash Text: [ESRB: M (Mature) BLOOD AND GORE,INTENSE VIOLENCE,STRONG LANGUAGE] Dr. aiden Krone has made a Time Jump across the space-time continuum - a reckless act with frightening consequences. Now, a disturbing alternate reality has evolved within the bleak and rain-soaked Alpha District. Armed with the experimental Beta Suit, you alone are able to slow, stop and reverse the flow of time. Only with this ability can you lead the uprising to victory and put an end to Krone's madness
Size: 581.78 MB
It's pretty fun to zip around in slowed time and to watch things explode in reverse but I'm not sure Timeshift will really stand out among all the triple-A titles this holiday.
