Microsoft just launched a new site for tracking the status of your 360 repair – handy for folks like me who spend more time waiting on repairs than playing games. Unfortunately, it seems that they're using an overheated 360 to host the site as this is the only message I've managed to wrangle from it (when it bothers to load at all):
