The Unlock Xbox website has been updated with a list of the five finalists in their make-a-game-about-chips-and-win-nothing competition. And what deserving finalists they are! I bet you can't wait to play the new indie darling PB's Quest for Flavor:Character is a Pill bug named PB in search of the perfect flavor of Dorito. He is able to roll up into a ball like Pill bugs do to protect himself for a short amount of time. He can power jump in this form by getting a rolling start. His quest takes him through a household including the kitchen, living room, game room, and a kid's bedroom. While searching for the perfect Dorito chip he discovers that certain Dorito chips give him powers against other bugs that want to eat his beloved chips(ie. ants, roaches, etc.).And that's not even the most bizarre entry (Monkeys from Mt. Dorito.)
What's next for our finalists? Playable betas. I'm as afraid as you are.
