Japan will be getting 100,000 playstation 3 units.
USA will be getting 400,000 PlayStation 3 units.
That's not a lot at all. What ever happened to Sony's worldwide launch plan where everybody in the entire world with $600 could supposedly buy a PS3 on (or near) the same day?
Even at an absurd price point, you can rest assured that the PS3 will be tough to come by this December.
Thanks, Joystiq.
