What's this? Another Sega game on the Live Arcade for three bucks cheaper than the Wii Virtual Console version and with added online features? Why, um, yes it is:

With all of these cheap, enhanced Genesis games hitting the 360 it's a shame that the controller has such a terrible d-pad. I wish someone would figure out a way to get the Wii Classic Controller to work with the Xbox – mine sure isn't being used to play Sega games on my Wii.
