Xbox Space Christmas List

Xbox Space Christmas List
With Christmas just around the corner, it's high time we all started making our Christmas Lists.

Every year between the months of January and November, I want everything I lay my eyes upon, but as soon as it comes time to draw up that Christmas wish list, I draw a huge blank.

Well, in an attempt to help myself remember what I want this year, and to give you a couple of recommendations for your own personal lists...I've put together a pretty unofficial Xbox Space Christmas Wishlist...

1 - HD DVD Add on

Makes a great gift - so long as you've got an HDTV in your home. If you've never seen a high-def movie, you ought to head over to Best Buy or Circuit City and check it out... it's impressive. As a bonus, the HD-DVD add on will work with your PC (or Mac) so long as you manage to get the proper software.

2 - Gears of War
No self respecting 360 owner should be without Gears of War. It's probably the most hyped game on the 360, and despite those horrible commercials, it's a hell of a game. Oh, and if you wanna wow the family, throw this game on in front of them - for my money, it's the best looking game available on the 360 or the PS3 right now.

3- Viva Pinata

I know what you're thinking - "Viva Pinata?! Are you soft in the head?!" Well, quite frankly - that may be the case...but it doesn't change the fact that Viva Pinata is easily one of the most fun games on the Xbox 360. Think Animal Crossing in a garden...but weirder.....and a lot more fun. It's tough to describe, but Viva Pinata that everyone can enjoy. You're not too cool for it.

4- Xbox Live W/ Vision Camera
Speaking as someone who just renewed their Live subscription, it sucks having to pay that money. Even if you're constantly playing games on Live, it's never fun to throw down $50 and not get something you can hold in your hand. If you can get someone to give you the 360 Camera and a subscription to Xbox Live as a gift, you'll be writing them a huge thank you card when the time comes to renew your membership.

5- Lots and lots of MS Points
Something you can never get enough of is Microsoft Points. Seriously, with some of the crap we're expected to pay for nowadays, you'll never know when the extra points are going to come in handy. Besides, it's always nice to just be able to download the full version of a game on any given Wednesday. The Xbox Live Arcade is gonna be stepping it up in the next year (in my opinion) and there's going to be a lot of games to look forward to. MS Points Cards make great stockinglinks stuffers too.

Well that's just my unofficial list for now - I'm planning on writing up a full list as it gets closer to the holiday itself, but this quick list should at least give you some ammunition when it comes to that pesky question, "What do you want for Christmas this year?"
